aren't we friends?
and could it still be called "friends" if we never talk to each other?
if you ultimately say we could not be friends anymore, why?
what have i done wrong?
why could time, even just a short one, change someone's mind so drastically?

i watched this movie in flight on my way from S'pore to Bne.
it's certainly a touchy movie [well, for me], one that accentuates on fate and destiny.., more or less similar to its western version "Serendipity".
inget2 film itu, gua jadi mikir, "mungkin ga ya, gua tuh sebenernya udah pernah passed by my soulmate, cuma gua ga tau aja kalo he's the one for me?" "ato jangan2 selama ini kejadiannya kayak di film itu? Eve [Gigi Leung] always turns left, John [Takeshi Kaneshiro] always turns right? thus, seberapapun deketnya mereka berada di satu tempat, they have never exactly met each other?"
oh well, a quote from the movie that really inspires me: "Life is full of surprises; might two parallel lines one day meet?"
my answer is, "they certainly might. coz our precious lives are perfectly scripted in the undeniable plan of the Author."

warm steamed seasoned white rice, spiced with sprinkled sultanas, served with sizzling beef n potato curry cooked in tomato paste.
an unusual (or exotic?) food combination maybe, for Indo taste.
but i loved it. and now i miss it.

more than gold
What a memorable 2-weeks holiday I've just had!!
- a bunch of red roses and a big hug awaited me upon my arrival..
- 9 days of staying-over at a special friend's place.., full service included. No extra cost for meals, electricity, water, gas & "my own selection" movies. Prior to my checking-out date, extended stay of "as long as I want" was offered.
- bittersweet reunion with my dearest sisters & brothers, added with engaging intermingle with new members of the "family" & friends.
- thrilling & unexpected, yet unforgetable real-life experiences which definitely changed my life forever.
- a dazzling Christmas & extravagant New Year's celebration.. A stunning outlook of glittering fireworks over the bridge.., a view i don't get to see everyday.
- a heart full of memories & love, as well as tears of joy & hope.., accompanying me on my way back to Jakarta.
Truly an amazing holiday. A long awaited dream came true.
